2Age Verification

kkfbb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Where proof of age is requested and not provided within the stipulated timeframe, kkfbb may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any balance will be forfeited.

3Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information. The following information must be provided truthfully and kept up to date at all times:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National ID card.
• Your active Bangladeshi mobile number — this is your login identifier and withdrawal destination.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid password that meets kkfbb's minimum security requirements (at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers).

4One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kkfbb. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different mobile numbers or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, kkfbb reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts. Bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be cancelled without compensation.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkfbb login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account. kkfbb will never contact you to request your password. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact kkfbb support immediately and use the account lock feature in your settings to suspend access while the matter is investigated.

7Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account from which the most recent deposit was made. This wallet-matching requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of the request being approved, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• kkfbb reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where account activity suggests unusual patterns or where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳20,000 in a single request.

8Deposit Matching & Anti-Fraud

All funds deposited to kkfbb must be from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. kkfbb does not accept third-party deposits — deposits made from a mobile wallet belonging to another person will be returned where possible, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. kkfbb operates a zero-tolerance policy on payment fraud, chargeback attempts, and the use of compromised payment credentials. Accounts found to have engaged in payment fraud will be closed immediately and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

9General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, and free spins offered by kkfbb are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21+ with one active kkfbb account only.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each offer page.

10Bonus Abuse

kkfbb has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, colluding with other players to clear bonuses, and making low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy rollover conditions without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, kkfbb will cancel all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may close the account permanently.

11Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on kkfbb, including cricket, football, racing, and swimming markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kkfbb does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where kkfbb has published a void event policy for a specific match or event.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the settlement rules published for that specific sport and market type at the time the bet was placed.
• kkfbb reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or human error. Bets placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was already known are void regardless of the odds offered.

12Casino Game Rules

15Prohibited Actions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kkfbb. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, fabricated, or third-party personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share information during live betting, or exploit any market pricing inefficiency in a coordinated manner.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the kkfbb platform, its APIs, payment systems, or game logic.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. kkfbb is required by applicable standards to report suspicious activity.

16Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where kkfbb determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, kkfbb may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and historical bets placed by the account; forfeit the entire account balance including any deposits and winnings; report the user's details and activity to financial intelligence, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate. kkfbb's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

17Grounds for Suspension or Closure by kkfbb

In addition to the prohibited conduct circumstances described above, kkfbb may suspend or close an account in any of the following situations:

• The account holder passes away — the account will be closed and any balance handled according to kkfbb's estate policy upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
• kkfbb is required by law or regulatory guidance to close the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet) for a continuous period of 12 months. kkfbb will attempt to notify the account holder before closing an inactive account.

18Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may close your kkfbb account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any available real-money balance will be paid out to your registered mobile wallet, subject to completing any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances at the time of account closure are forfeited. Once a voluntary closure request has been confirmed, the account cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to the platform, you must register a new account subject to eligibility requirements at that time.

20Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, kkfbb's total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kkfbb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21Right to Amend

kkfbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — including changes to withdrawal limits, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility rules — kkfbb will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the account or via an in-platform notification. For minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not materially affect user rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

22Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued use of the kkfbb platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

23Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of kkfbb, you are encouraged to contact the kkfbb support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated to kkfbb's internal disputes committee, whose decision will be communicated in writing within a further 10 business days. kkfbb's decision on all betting disputes, game outcome disputes, and account-related disputes is final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local Bangladeshi law.
